At 7th Mile Club, we value our customers and aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

⚠️ Note: An unboxing video is mandatory to raise any claim (damaged, missing, or incorrect items).

Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange on eligible products purchased from 7thmileclub.in.

Not eligible for exchange:

  • Screen protectors (tempered glass)

  • Cases bundled with screen protectors

  • Camera lens protectors

  • Items sold during sales, discounts, or special offers (including BOGO deals)

Conditions:

  • Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, with all protective films intact.

  • Original packaging, order ID, and invoice are required.

  • The returned product must clear our quality check after reverse pickup.

  • Exchange requests can be raised via email at support@7thmileclub.in.

Charges:

  • A logistics fee of ₹200 applies for exchanges.

  • For Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, and North Eastern states, the fee will be ₹300.

  • If the replacement item costs more, the difference must be paid (COD option will attract an additional ₹100 fee).

  • If the replacement item costs less, the balance will be credited as store credits.

⚠️ Missing or wrong items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. After that, claims cannot be processed.

Refund Policy

We provide refunds in the form of store credits, valid for 12 months.

Refund is not available on:

  • Screen protectors (tempered glass)

  • Cases bundled with screen protectors

  • Camera lens protectors

  • Items sold during sales, discounts, or special offers (including BOGO deals)

Conditions:

  • Refund request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, in original condition, with complete packaging.

  • The product must clear our quality check after reverse pickup.

  • Refunds will be issued as store credits after deducting reverse logistics charges (₹200, or ₹300 for J&K, Himachal, NE states).

  • Store credits will be processed within 48-72 hours after QC approval.

Store Credits

  • Store credits are linked to your account and cannot be transferred.

  • They are automatically applied at checkout for future orders.

  • If the order value exceeds the store credit, the remaining balance must be paid.

  • Validity: 12 months from date of issue.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been fulfilled.
A 20% management, processing, and transaction fee will be deducted from the order value.

Express Shipping

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors such as:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Incomplete or inaccurate address

  • Weather conditions or holidays

  • Global events beyond control

If express shipping is delayed for reasons other than the above, we will provide ₹150 store credit as compensation for the ₹50 extra paid.

Important Notes

  • Wrong Order (Self-Placed): Refunds or exchanges will not be provided if the wrong model/product is ordered.

  • Damaged Products: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.

  • Complaints: All concerns must be raised via email at support@7thmileclub.in.
